Group circuit sessions always offer a combination of cardio, weights, core and functional training elements that hit all of the targets necessary for a full body workout! At Mojo, our expert trainer designs sessions that will give you the results you’re looking for quicker than most classes out there!

With just 3-7 people per class, participants have both a personal training experience and the benefit of a motivating group atmosphere. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome! Whether you are looking to get back to a regular fitness routine, want to add a new workout to your routine or need to push yourself to a new fitness goal, you’ll find this class fun, motivational and the right challenges to help you meet your goals.
