Mojo Fitness focuses on the fundamental needs and weaknesses related to participating in and training for in high intensity sports and activities.
Our trainers can help you with your specific performance goals, injuries and recovery. Using therapies such as taping, Compex Estim, cupping, recovery boots and compression ice wraps, we can help with chronic or acute irritations or those nagging little injuries that come up playing a sport.
