Michelle has been a personal trainer for over 22 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of New Mexico. She was also a collegiate and international swimmer.
Michelle’s love for exercise began at a young age having grown up around active family. Watching her paralyzed grandfather workout consistently three hours a day his whole life sparked her desire to help others by seeing the affects exercise and nutrition had on contributing to a long and healthy life. Whether it be pre/post rehab, nutrition, sports related or a chronic condition; her goal is to help you reach yours.
Michelle’s specialties include fitness, weight loss, nutrition, corrective exercises, senior fitness & working with chronic conditions (with an emphasis on Parkinson's, MS, & Dementia.) In her spare time she loves to compete in triathlon & swimming events, spend time with her family, travel, and watch and play sports.
