Aaron graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and subsequently started his personal training journey, a decision he made after going through his own weight loss journey, losing over 90 lbs. Now in the best shape of his life, he seeks to help people achieve the best version of themselves because he knows from first hand experience that it is possible! I
Since, he has worked with high school and college athletes who play lacrosse, soccer, football, and baseball, as well as multiple high school sports teams including the Dakota Ridge men's basketball team. In addition, he has experience both with the general adult population and youth as young as six years old. His specific style of training includes strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, HITT, and group training.
