I started personal training in 1999 and was lucky to work with a diversity of clientele based on my experience in rehab, biomechanics and exercise science. Since, I have not only honed my skills in programing and have an enormous rolodex of exercises, I also have had the pleasure of starting Mojo Fitness. At Mojo, I have created a welcoming, relationship and community gym atmosphere where there is a strong sense of belonging! You are not just a face at Mojo, you matter and we truly care.

I am passionate about fitness and healthy living. I like to play in life and I am excited for others to play better and stronger too! I met my husband as a raft and adventure guide in Buena Vista, CO. We were both born and raised in the heart of the Midwest where hard work, honestly and holding relationships were instilled in us.

I incorporate nutrition, core strength, cardio, weights, stretching and massage into my training. I believe they can all help provide the necessary components for growth and change based on the persons individual needs.

I enjoy working with people on a regular basis, tackling the small aches and pains or chronic problems to bridge the gap into training and hitting your personal goals. I have had great success with weight loss, rehab and sports specific training for youth and adult athletes!

As an elite triathlete myself, I can push others as I am pushed myself. Greatness comes from someone believing in you and helping you get to places you never believed you could! My philosophy is the more consistent you can be the easier it is to overcome the small hiccups in life that can throw us off our routine.

I create workouts that are specifically designed for you, your personality, goals and needs. I look forward to helping people reach their weight loss goals, strength goals or keep you in shape for your recreational sport like tennis, golf, running or even a triathlon!
