I am passionate about fitness and healthy living. I like to play and I am excited for others to play better and stronger too! I have had great success with weight loss, rehab and sports specific training.

I incorporate nutrition, core strength, cardio, weights and massage into all my training. I believe without the combination of it all, we are missing opportunities for growth and change.

I enjoy working with people on a regular basis, tackling the small aches and pains or  chronic problems to bridge the gap into training and hitting your personal goals. As an elite triathlete myself, I can push others as I am pushed myself. Greatness comes from someone believing in you and helping you get to places you never believed you could! My philosophy is creating a workout plan that is specifically designed for you and your personality. I look forward to helping people reach their weight loss goals, strength goals or keep you in shape for your recreational sport like tennis, golf, running or even a triathlon!
