I have been training individual clients and teaching group exercise classes for the past 10 years. I love my job! As your trainer, I will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve ALL of your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger or improve your balance, I will keep challenging you with safe and fun exercises. I believe fitness and good nutrition are the keys to a healthy and happy life!

When I am not in the gym, I am usually running non-stop, trying to keep up with my family! My family includes my wonderful husband Doug and our two sons; Antonio (11) and Nicholas (9). We also have a rescue dog named Scout. My family is so cool and I am very lucky! Basketball, Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Biking, Reading, Baseball, and going to Bronco Games take up the rest of the free time.
